Two weeks is enough time to see nearly all of Morocco's major regions without constant travel fatigue: the four imperial cities, a full Sahara desert crossing, the blue city of Chefchaouen, and a stretch of the Atlantic coast. This is the itinerary we recommend for travelers who want the complete picture rather than one region in depth.
Morocco's regions are genuinely distinct from one another: the red city of Marrakech, the medieval alleys of Fes, the cobalt-blue streets of Chefchaouen, the Sahara's dunes, and the breezy Atlantic towns of Essaouira or Rabat all feel like different countries. Fitting them into a week or ten days means picking two or three; two weeks lets you connect nearly all of them in one continuous loop.

| 4 | Dades to Merzouga | Todra Gorge, Sahara dunes at sunset |
| 5 | Merzouga | Camel trek, desert camp overnight |
| 6 | Merzouga to Fes | Ziz Valley, Middle Atlas cedar forests |
| 7-8 | Fes | Medina, tanneries, day trip options |
| 9 | Fes to Chefchaouen | Rif Mountains scenery |
| 10 | Chefchaouen | Blue medina, relaxed pace |

If two weeks feels like more time than you need, our 10-day Morocco itinerary covers the desert and Fes portion of this same route. If Marrakech alone is your focus, start with our guide to things to do in Marrakech before deciding how far afield to travel. For visa and entry rules, the Visit Morocco tourism board site has current information.
Internal flights (Fes-Marrakech, or Casablanca-Marrakech) can save a day if your schedule is tight, but a private driver for the full loop is usually more comfortable and lets you stop wherever looks interesting.
We arrange this full circuit as a private guided tour with vetted riads, a fixed driver throughout, and a properly organized desert camp night, so two weeks of logistics become one simple booking.
Tell us what you have in mind and we'll build a private itinerary around it.
